How do your tow-bars work?

Our tow hitch design is simple, the hitch connector slips into the main bar and a bolt locks the hitch connector in, leaving it rattle free and easily removable when needed. 

Does your tow-bar come with warranty?

Yes, all of our Australian made products are back by our lifetime true blue warranty, meaning if your bar fails from a manufacturing defect we will happily replace the bar, all of our fitting partners will provide a 12 month warranty on fitting also. 

 

Does the installation of your tow-bar void my car’s warranty?

No, for a hitch or any aftermarket product to void warranty, the car manufacturer will have to provide reason as to why the product has directly caused the issue that they are trying to void.

 
What do your tow-bar kits come with?

All of our tow-bar kits come with everything needed to start towing the minute everything is installed. Meaning it comes with a ball, tongue, wiring harness, hitch pin & clip & rated D shackles. 

 

Do all of your tow-bars come with a wiring harness?

Yes. Our Australian Plug 'n' Play ECU wiring harnesses are made here in Brisbane and come with either a 7 pin flat or 7 pin round plug. Our harness ensures that even if there was a wiring fault on the trailer, the car would be protected from any harm.

Will I see a cut-out on my bumper?

Depending on the make and model of your car will depend on whether you may see a tow-bar / cut out, whilst we try to make all of our tow-bars hidden sometimes we're not able to do so, please get in contact with us if you're not sure.
